Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how VPN15 handles information related to users when providing its website, account panel, and cross-border network acceleration subscriptions. It applies only to VPN15 services. Payment platforms and other external websites handle data under their own privacy policies.
Account and Order Data
No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Email is not required for registration. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, that information is used only to handle the related request. When reporting an issue, please provide only the information needed for troubleshooting. Do not send passwords, full payment credentials, or subscription URLs.
To provide subscription services, VPN15 processes account identifiers, plan status, summarized data usage, order amounts, transaction status, and necessary payment reference identifiers. This information is used to verify entitlements, calculate available data, process orders, and provide after-sales support; it is not used to infer browsing preferences. Ticket descriptions and replies are used to follow up on issues raised by users.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPN15 follows an anonymous, no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, retain browsing history, request contents, or DNS query history, or create connection log archives that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.
While a connection is active, connection states are temporarily processed to transfer data and maintain the session. These operational states are used only for as long as the connection requires and are not retained as ongoing historical connection logs. Data usage summaries for plan billing are handled separately from browsing content and do not include destination websites or specific request contents.
A no-logs policy does not mean that account and order records do not exist. Necessary business records are still retained under this policy to provide active benefits, verify payments, and handle after-sales support.
Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, device or browser categories, and feature clicks so we can improve content and workflows. Website analytics are separate from activity on external websites accessed through international routes; analytics must not be used to collect browsing content from network acceleration connections. Avoid including account credentials in page URLs or feedback.
Cookies, session storage, and local storage may be used to maintain login status, save language preferences, and store necessary interface settings. Login credentials are sensitive information; sign out after using a shared device. Users can restrict cookies or clear site storage in their browser settings. After clearing storage, they may need to log in again, and saved preferences may return to their defaults.
Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures
VPN15 supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service, whose handling of payment accounts, transaction verification, and payment page information is governed by its own rules. VPN15 uses order status and necessary payment reference identifiers to confirm payment and does not ask users to submit payment account passwords in support tickets.
When information is needed to provide a service or verify a payment, only what is necessary for that purpose should be shared. Where disclosure is legally required, requests are handled according to applicable requirements and their scope is verified. This should not be interpreted as permission to record additional browsing activity.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account and subscription services. Order and after-sales records are retained for periods determined by transaction verification, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. When the purpose has been fulfilled and there is no further basis for retention, the data should be deleted or de-identified. This policy does not impose one fixed retention period for all data types.
Users can sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete data through the support ticket portal, specifying the data involved. Account control must be verified to prevent accidental deletion. Deletion may affect login access, subscription benefits, and access to historical orders. Records that must still be retained by law are not deleted with the request; the response should explain the applicable scope.
Policy Updates and Questions
If service features or data handling practices change, VPN15 will update this page and revise the last-updated month. Significant changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be communicated through site announcements or the account panel. Where separate consent is required, it will be handled according to applicable requirements.
For questions about this policy or specific data handling, submit a support ticket through the account panel. See the Terms of Service for service use and refund rules; privacy requests and order support are handled according to their respective requirements.
